The operator of hotblondesnaked.com limits their undertakings with regard to sexually explicit content supplied by third-party users to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, or formatting only. All content that is supplied by third-party users is posted on areas of hotblondesnaked.com which are under the control of those users. The operators are thereby exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as per 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content that is deemed illegal, obscene, harmful, harassing, defamatory or in any way antithetical to the terms of use and policies of the website, may be removed at the sole discretion of the operator or owner, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).
